Introduction to the Inclusive Professional Framework (IPF)

Learn to promote equity and inclusion in your role with the NSF INCLUDES Aspire Alliance’s Inclusive Professional Framework for Faculty (IPF: Faculty). The IPF: Faculty is a research-based approach that helps faculty become more inclusive and equitable in their teaching, advising, and research mentorship roles. The framework focuses on three key domains: identity, intercultural awareness, and relational and communication skills.
