Dr. Heather Metcalf is Chief Research Officer for the Association for Women in Science (AWIS), where she is project lead for the STEM to Market and ADVANCE Resource and Coordination (ARC) Network initiatives. The ADVANCE Resource and Coordination (ARC) Network seeks to achieve gender equity for faculty in higher education STEM disciplines.
Dr. Ayesha Boyce is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Research Methodology at the University of North Caroline Greensboro (UNCG). She also co-directs the UNCG Office of Assessment Evaluation and Research Services. She is currently the external evaluator for five NSF-funded projects, including the NSF INCLUDES STEM PUSH Alliance. She is also Co-Principal Investigator on four NSF funded projects including Spartans ADVANCE: Adaptations of Practices For Faculty Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at UNCG.
Dr. Tiffany Smith is the Senior Evaluation Specialist in the Office of Assessment, Evaluation, and Research Services office in the Department of Educational Research Methodology at UNCG. She is currently the lead evaluator or co-investigator for eight evaluation and research projects, including two STEM-related evaluations and a research on evaluation project focused on how we define and measure equity, diversity, and inclusion in STEM evaluation.
